“good service/ bad guests.”; Dec 04, 2012 Christopher H, Jacksonville; I went to stay there for a(n) buisness trip. Went to my room and there was excessive noise coming from the room next door. So I left to go get some supplies and to make a phone call to my wife. Thats when I saw about 8-12 kids from ages 12yrs. to 16yrs/17yrs old enter the room next door to mine. Got done with call and went to my room and the room next door was still very loud, it sounded like they were having a house party. I went back out side and saw a the hotel manager and notified her about the issue and she moved me to better room.
