“Okay but needs updates and a good cleaning”

  , Langley
This place was just okay in my books. The sheets were clean but the comforter had loose fishing wire thread that got caught on my 4 month olds feet. The lighting is old so the rooms are super dark. TV's and furnishings are old and could use an update. Bathrooms are wall papered and kind of gross. The tub was dirty (hair on the shower wall) and the tub was chipped. Bath tub plug was so old it wouldn't hold in the water which mean it really hard to bath our son. I ended up having to try and bath him in the hand sink :( Not a comfortable stay and isn't worth the money in my opinion. Pools were also in need of repair-missing tile and floating chunks of silicone. Temperature in indoor and outdoor pool was cold! worst thing was no elevator! it was extremely hard to pack our stroller and car carrier down the stairs every time we wanted to leave the room. The hotel restaurant wasn't very good either. Baby back ribs were hard to chew, worse than beef jerky. I complained and ordered the salmon instead. when it came it was RAW! when I complained and sent it back the waitress came back and told me it is always cooked like that. Is wasn't even ALMOST cooked. I was shocked that they had excuses instead of an apology! waste of $80! I recommend looking into restaurants away from the hotel. We will be looking into another place to stay for our family vacations
