We appreciate and value it.Along with our hot items such as pancakes to order, quiche, biscuits and gravy and many other items: we also offer four cereals: suger-free oatmel, Special K Cereal, Raisan Brand, and Frosted Flakes for the kids! Special K is as healthy as Cheerios, but we'll keep your suggestion in mind.We have had sugar free jelly and syrup but it wasn't used. It's through reviews like yours that we will consider having it again. We are already looking into the smallest orders we can make, to have it available without wasting it! David,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so pleased you enjoyed your room!Our pool isn't heated by anything than Florida weather this time of year. If it doesn't need to be heated, which wasn't often since November due to the beautiful "winter" we had in SWFL!I went on cruise on Peace River a few days ago, and the water is 85 degrees there already. I know everyone's pools are warm, and many enjoy it. There's a joke, it's warm enough for the locals to swim! All things said, we would never heat it when it's beautiful outside! We understand why you thought it was, and wanted you to know that was just our Florida Sunshine at work!Thanks again for staying with us and we hope your travels will bring you back soon! Dear George,Thank you for taking the time to share your review, it's greatly appreciated.We did investigate that coffee was available at least by request, and it was, as it has always been our policy. We do keep the lobby locked until 6am, but you can ring in at the front doors and coffee is available 24 hours a day in the lobby, complimentary! We find it in low demand from 11pm to 5am, however if a guest calls before they leave their room it's fresh and hot by the time they get down to our lobby! We're not sure what lead you to believe it wasn't available, however it is at any time a guest requests it.We often have guests that tell us in advance if they willl need anything before 4am, and our night shift has it ready for them. We understand some people just don't like to make coffee in their rooms, and rather grab a cup in the lobby. We also have Kuerig Coffee Makers in our deluxe, soon to be Business Place rooms.
