“Room was fine, staff were the most unfriendly I've experienced”

The room and bathroom seemed clean. Bed was comfortable, but pillows were all 1/2 the size of normal pillows. The staff were the least friendly of any hotel at which I've stayed. When I arrived , the only person behind the counter didn't seem at all interested in helping me and they found it more important to help a customer determine what channel a football game was on than to check me in at 11:30 at night. The next morning when checking out I greeted a different employee behind the counter with 'good morning' and failed to elicit any response until I said I needed to check out. I then went to the complimentary breakfast and had to wait to be seated while the woman that was supposed to be seating me was focused solely on finding a TV show she wanted to watch. After several minutes of channel surfing, she finally noticed I was waiting, walked over to take my free breakfast ticket and without saying anything just pointed to the dining area. The breakfast options were limited relative to other hotels at which I've stayed and it was clear the food had been sitting in the pans a while (I ate breakfast at 9:15).
