“Siesta Ket Visit with Friends”

We were pleased with our stay overall except for the one day that we allowed housekeeping to come in and clean the room. We had our pets staying with us so we had left our room at 8:30 am so they could come in and clean. we returned to our room at 11:30 am to find that housekeeping had stripped our bedding and left the room incomplete. When we asked when the room would be done they told us that the housekeeper was now on the second floor and would be to the room soon. We again left and returned to our room at 1:00 pm and the room had not been touched. When we inquired again about the room they told use that we had to understand that the housekeepers could not speak/understand English and pretty much did what they wanted and we could do nothing. We were not able to use the room for 4 1/2 hrs because of this. No one was helpful or tried to apologize and we found this very unforgiving.
