Our housekeeping staff has some bilingual staff members who use English as a 2nd language and may have some difficulty understanding the needs of some of our guests. Our front desk staff members do have excellent communication protocols with one another and can accommodate any request through delegation to our housekeeping and maintenance supervisors with stronger bilingual linguistic capacities.
