“DIRTY & NASTY! MONTHLY TENANTS LIVING ONSITE DOING DRUGS! This franchise owner of a Wyndham Property is a SlumLord!”

  , Reno
This hotel is completely disgusting. I checked into my room, pulled sheets back and I find a hair, look a little further and there was hairs all under my sheets. To make it worse, they swap me rooms to a room with a blood stained comforter. I gladly went back to my 1st room and had them re-do my bed. But then the hot water didnt work and light bulb was burned out. So I had to call them AGAIN to fix it. The flooring was so dirty my socks turned black from walking without shoes. The doors had so many dirty hand & finger prints I was scared to catch something if I didn't use a napkin to open & close door with. I was forced to park on back side of property and as I was walking to my room, I was being hollered out by some "monthly tennants of the hotel" who appeared to be doing drugs, if not manufacturing them as well, but the smell of weed was definite & filled the halls. There were discarded mattresses and couches in the parking lot. This place was just disgusting, I was booked for 2 nights but sadly could only tolerate one night and checked out early. The only positive thing I could say about this hotel is the employees. They were truly helpful, for as much as they could help with. They were immediate in getting my light bulb replaced but when it came to helping with the sanitary problems or drug using tenants you could tell they were limited to listening and giving me the owners business card to "send my concerns to" - but to be in the WYNDHAM Family is a disgrace, Motel6 is much much better on ALL levels. I would classify the franchise owner of a Wyndham Property a SlumLord! Good luck with this place.
