“chief engineer maintenance hotel management”

for twenty year's i have renovated i think 32 most hilton properties and other hotel properties and work long hours daily in a hotel room's and supervised sub-contractors.i hate staying in hotel's, When I came to Acworth ga to visit my great grandson and grandchildren, as I drove around the property,my wife said- john - we are on vacation!!! stop it !!! when we first arrived,, I inspected the property,(with the wife look at me) sorry honey i can't help it,it's my job,(got the wife look outta the window) what I saw was fresh property and grounds, clean parking areas and walkways. The lobby was clean, and front desk personnel were professional well dressed, and courteous, as I went to my room with my wife and grand-daughter, in the front of my mind I was thinking here we go, I will see everything that is wrong. To my pleasure everything was good,clean,the direct televison flat; with 40" i was shocked to see in a small motel, The next day I met with the owners and their son, nice guy, and to my surprise, after informing them who I was, the son asked if I would like to give them some tips and showed me around. They have gone above and beyond what I was expecting. The hot breakfast was as good as you could expect to go out and buy. The evening shift gentleman with the beard made the statement, welcome home, thank you Mr. Frye for staying with us.(he didn't know i talked to the owner's) In all my travels and work, if I could recommend a property it would be this one. I don't take things lightly, my job requires perfection, It would be the best stay I had had at a hotel, I learned a few things from them. so in closing,it's a new days inn,i'm about to retire,when i drive to see my childern from n.c.i plan to stay at that property, the other guest where also nice good people just on their way somewhere,no problem's---good three night stay with my children and wife slept well. great grand father, good review, guess i need to leave it to the younger people, uuummm...o.k. with me........well......maybe,,,,time for me to listen little wife,---damn it--- room 238---held my history--and made future simple,,arnold quote,,I'LL BE BACK
