“Pleased with our stay”

  , Gaithersburg
We found the staff at the Days Inn Anderson to be very friendly and helpful. Our room was nicer than we expected - we had stayed at another Days Inn location nearby in the last year, and that one was awful, so this was a very pleasent surprise. The bed was comfortable, the room had plenty of space, the decor was updated, and the room was clean. On the negative side, it turned out that our room was just opposite the ice maker. Guests began to use the ice maker before 6:30am (Clemson game day), and that was a very rude awakening for us. We also would have liked a protein option for breakfast. We chose to have a banana, but other than that there was only carbohydrate options, oatmeal being the only healthy one.Our room price was expensive for a Days Inn, but we fully recognize that every hotel in the area bumps their prices up significantly for game weekends.
