“dissapoiinted”

I was going to send a letter to your hotel about my stay, but since you have this I will inform you of my dissapointment. First of all when I was checking in the attendent at the desk night shift was not very personable, he did not even really talk to me at all, not good customer service, my room was ok until I could not make any coffee the next morning, then I called the front desk and she told me well there was coffee in the front lobby well that does me know good if I wanted coffee in my room, when the maid is cleaning the room they should be checking to make sure all things work, I was going to be driving 3 more hours to my destination in columbus that morning and I wanted to relax will a cup of coffee in my room, after that I went to take a shower and there was not cold water, hot hot water was all I could get the faucet to the tub was coming out of the wall and the water turn on and off valve was not working and all I could get was scolding hot water, then it would not shut off, called the front desk again and again I get oh I will check the breaker, now I can even take a shower in my room, she told me at the desk she was going to check into the problem, next thing I know she is at my door and tells me I can go three doors down to another room and take a shower... now I am not happy, when I get to the other room the heat was off and the room was freezing, I took a shower and got dressed quickly and went back to my room to finish getting ready, I told her that the water was spilling out of the faucet in my room, could not get the faucet turned off. I packed my stuff up and went to the front desk and told her how un happy I was, she gave me 7.25 dollars and off my bill REALLY!!!!! Are you kidding me, I am not happy I should have gotten my room for free, the bill should have been taken care of. I will not ever stay at your hotel again. not happening. Please feel free to contact at twinoaksumh@yahoo.com I would still like the bill taken care of if possible. $7.25 is not right that was only the tax...barbara palguta
