“very disappointed”

I booked at days inn because I was looking for a smoking room near the Pittsburgh airport. I called and booked a smoking room. When I arrived to the hotel I had several very heavy bags with me. I was not offered help with my bags that I was clearly struggling with. The man at the front desk gave me my room key and told me if I had any questions to dial 0 and they would be happy to help. I struggled up to the 3rd floor (very end of the hallway) with my heavy bags. When I got to the room there was a "no smoking" sign. I tried calling the desk by dialing 0 and it went to Voice mail. I struggled with my bags all the way down to the first floor desk. The man asked me what he could do for me and I told him I had asked for a smoking room. He gave me another room on the fourth floor. I then again struggled up to the 4th floor with my very heavy luggage and when I opened the door, the room was trashed! There were beer bottles and garbage all over the room. At this point I am starting to become very angry. I again tried to dial 0 like the man told me to and again it went to voice mail. So once again me and my heavy luggage struggled down to the front desk. I rang the bell a few times and no one assisted me for a good 10 min. I could here employees in the back carrying on. Finally the man who first checked me in came in from outside and with an attitude asked me what the problem was and I explained and he finally gave me a new room so once again I struggled up to my final room with my heavy luggage which again was at the very end of a long hallway. I was never given an apology. I understand that mistakes happen but this was ridiculous especially since I was very kind about the situation.
