no elevator so my mom with COPD had to carry her luggage up to the second floor while following behind a maintenance man caring a toilet not offered to help, blankets unclean, sheets didn't fit mattress, pillows where terrible i ended up with a stiff neck, carpets where so dirty they should have been thrown out years ago along with the bed covers. Air was so dry in room i had a bloody nose, shower leaked all over the floor, noise from children in hallway was as if they where in our room. lobby was so not inviting I actually took a picture of how bad it was and shared it with my husband back home. Continental breakfast was terrible. Toaster didn't work so there was bread stacked up on the counter from past guest trying to use it. I reported it and there was not a replacement. Not to mention staff never sent me my confirmation after asking them to email it to me before I arrived and they had a difficult time finding it when I got there due to a spelling error of my last name. Not impressed at all and wouldnt stay there again if I was comped 5 free nights. Its to bad because I stay in Hurricane often now that my daughter is attending school at Diamond Ranch Academy. I will stay at the Holiday Inn for now on.
