“Will never stay at this hotel again”

Staff was rude and insolate. When I complained about the springs popping thru the mattress in the first assigned room, the desk attendant sent someone to "check" as if he didn't believe me. He refused to allow me to cancel my reservation even though I was well within the timeframe to do so. I was assigned a different room that was only marginally better. The internet did not work at all and when I complained they didn't seem to care. I even told them what the problem was and they refused to believe me. Turns out, I was correct, the modem DID need to be reset. I had numerous issues with the card key not letting me in, both the outside door and the room door. The hotel is old, dated, and in desperate need of an overhaul. The "customer service" is non-existent. I don't care how inexpensive it is, it is NOT worth it. Stay somewhere else.
