Very spacious king suite, good value. Comfortable bed. Furniture worn, mismatched. In room coffee maker broken. It was a non smoking room that definitely had been smoked in. Interesting configuration of rooms surrounding indoor pool area. Shrieking did cease shortly after 11. The kids seemed to have had a good time but weary travelers would appreciate a 10 o'clock closing. Breakfast pretty basic with really weak coffee. Front desk manager Michelle - We appreciate your input on your stay, however we are making changes to the hotel everyday such as , replacing furniture, putting in new rugs, and painting all rooms etc. As far as breakfast goes its hotel policy for breakfast to start at 6:30 and end at 9:30, It is complimentary breakfast. I chose this hotel because of the value and that it had an indoor pool. Much to my dissatisfaction the pool was green and the hot tub did not have enough water to even turn the jets on. We where traveling with 3 kids and not to be able to entertain them after leaving our camp site due to thunder storms was very disappointing.Breakfast was a disaster. The waffle batter was so thick it would not come out of the dispenser, there were no forks, they were out of milk, water came out of the apple juice dispenser and the girl at the desk was most unpleasant! We arrived at breakfast at 8:30 so its not like we waited till the last minute. The toaster only had one working side.Front desk manager Michelle - We do apologize for the inconvenience, As for the pool we paid for the concrete to be painted green therefore the water looks green but it is not dirty I know because I keep inventory of when it gets cleaned so trust me its not dirty. Breakfast is complimentary, So it might not be perfect but its free, the toaster is working just fine we've never had a problem with the toaster. We are replacing carpets, TV's, matresses, etc. We also provided housekeeping with extra training. As for the pool the water is supposed to be green, we painted the pool concrete green therefore the water shows green it is clean. Thank you so much for your input - Days inn « hide
