“TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE”

After calling for reservations, the nightmare started in Savannah Ga, Customer service must have been over seas. unable to understand them at all! we informed customer service of the address were we wanted to stay and were given a comformation number. When we tried to check in we were told that they had no reservation request at their hotel. So we called customer service, again answered over seas. after many minutes on the phone we were transfered to the US, thank God they spoke english. After about 50 minutes of transfers and excuses we finally had a room. Since we had a pet we were told that they only allowed pets in the smoking rooms. We are non smokers. As a side note the person ahead of me was having the exact same issue with customer service. The breakfast was poor at best, stale bagles and cereal!! I have no desire to stay at or support a business with such poor customer service and using an over seas phone staff. Why don't you try using US based customer service. I'll bet it solves your problem!?!?
