“Don't stay here!”

  , Deltona
First of all, this hotel was way overpriced. It was a little over $100. We arrived there after dark and it was hard to find. When we found it, there were no parking spaces, the building looked ancient, and there was a sign to check in down the street. We went down the street to check in. The clerk was friendly enough and told us there would be a free buffet during half time of the superbowl. We finally found a parking space. The room was on the second floor, and I had requested first floor due to mobility issues. The room itself was old and ugly. It was large enough, but weird. The carpeting was stained. The bathtub had what we thought was a huge bug in it. It turned out that it must have been spilled glue or something, and it had hair stuck to it. UGH! This review asked for a review on the continental breakfast. No where in our reservation did it say anything about it, nor did the clerk tell us about it. He did tell us about the free superbowl half time buffet, which was pretty good. There was BRIGHT lighting outside the room that the drapes didn't stop from coming in. I woke up & thought it was daytime but it was 2AM. The electrical outlets and switches had the wires (albeit covered up) running on the outside of the wall. This room was way overpriced for the age, and condition of it. Glad we were only staying one night. I do not recommend this Days Inn at all.
