“ok i guess”

the hotel was ok. the walls seemed paper thin and the pool area wasn't well kept. The service was awful! woman at the front desk was on the phone when we came in and was not only rude to my family but was rude to the woman on the phone. i had requested extra pillows, blankets and towels because we had my one year old with us and needed a pillow and blanket for her and my we all needed showers in the morning so i knew we would need extra towels. There weren't any extra towels, pillows or blankets in the room and when i called the front desk to ask for some she very rudely told me to come and get them from the front desk. i was trying to get my daughter to sleep so it would have been nice for her to bring them to me (like most hotels do) but i had to get my daughter out of bed and take her down to the front desk with me to get the extra's. when i got the blanket i noticed all kinds of pet hair on them and when i requested another one she said she didn't have any more. a few of the lights in our room didn't work and the tv seemed like it had 2 volumes; really loud, and really quiet. I used to work front desk for a mariott hotel and I would have never treated my guests so rude and unprofessional like. Also, the checkout was horrible! the guy didn't say anything except "your keys?" he never asked how my stay was or even say "have a nice day" when i left! very unprofessional! i would not recommend this hotel mostly because of customer service i recieved. customer service is a huge deal (especially in the hotel business) and if i don't recieve good customer service, i will not return or refer anyone to the establishment. oh yeah and the breakfast was a total joke. my 1 year old wouldn't even touch that stale cereal they had out and there was no milk to go with it.
