“This hotel need a lot of work. Too costly for such shabby conditions.”

Bathroom - this room stank of mold and mildew. At first I thought it was only the shower curtain. My husband showed me a black line of mold in the shower. One of the days we were there we had to have a maintenance person come and check why there was no hot water in the shower. The sink had hot water but the shower was tepid at best.Hallway - the third floor reeked of cigarette smoke. I called down to the desk and was informed that only half of the third floor was nonsmoking. The smoke came through the ventilation system in the room in which we were staying. There was an ashtray in our room and I suspect that this room is not always nonsmoking.Bed - very uncomfortable and both of us ended up with neck and back pain.With the mold, mildew, and cigarette smoke this made for a very unpleasant stay and we would not stay at this hotel again.Your desk clerk Shannon is an exemplary employee - kind, considerate, and helpful. It was not in her purview to fix the bathroom and the smoking.Dr. Sher Todd
