Very disappointed with the staff, customer service and quality of my room(115 F). I booked this room two months in advance, the man who booked the room for me said a free "Thrasher" fries was included, upon arrival after waiting 30 + minutes to check in ( as other employees sat in the back room that you could see when the two check in girls would open to make copies) the check in girls had no idea what I was talking about and told me they would check and let me know, which they never did. I stayed 3 nights and checked everyday and each time I was told they would let me know...never did. Our room was full of mold, no shower pressure or hot water, unknown substance on comforter appeared to be blood spots, sheet was too small and kept popping of to expose the most disgusting mattress I have ever seen! I expressed my concerns, the only answer I was given was we will check on things and let you know...which no one ever did. At check out the girl asked me how my stay was and I told her not very good she then offered me a neon green paper with an 800 number to call, I thought why even waste my time. It has really bothered me for the amount of money I spent (almost $750.00), for such a bad experience. I could go on with other occurrences within my three day stay if you wish? I traveled seven hours to spend time with my family who stayed in a different room on the other side of hotel and was very very disappointed! Customer service was terrible and I will not be back. Hopefully you can make some changes for future guest.Thank you,Chelse Shine304-612-3021
