“Lack of customer service”

1. When we checked in we were told that the rooms we reserved (with 1 bed only) were not available but they would give us rooms with 2 beds for the same price, but we weren't allowed to use the second bed. What? we're not the ones who screwed up our reservation.2. We were given keys for 2 rooms that were both OCCUPIED! Imagine our shock and the guests shock when we opened their door with our key.3. When I went back to the office to get keys for rooms that WEREN'T OCCUPIED, I didn't get so much as a "we're sorry". The response we got was "Oh well they're regular customers so it's no big deal". Really!4. Then they had the nerve to tell me I had to pay for the 2nd person in my room which I have never had to do at any other hotel. They should have been offering us a refund for all the drama they put us through!
