“Unhappy customer”

Upon entering the Lobby, there was a musty, dirty smell. The only positive things I can say about the room were a bright bedspread and bright carpet, The walls looked like they had not been painted for several years. There was several spots of poor patchwork . The caulking around the bathroom counter was very poorly done. Holes not patched yet.Just very undone, and looked like a room in seriuos need of tlc. The matress was bumpy and the box spring cevered in vinyl was split, showing a dirty corner of it.I had a 2 day stay booked. Both of my cards were deactivated. I had a computer bag, food bag, my purse and a drink in my hand and was on the second floor. I had to go to the 1st floor and get them reactivated. Why deactivate my cards when I had the 2nd day prebooked. The girl did not even apologize at the desk. There were no refrigerators or microwaves in the room. Very discouraging stay. Never again.
