“very disappointed with the multiple debits of my charge card”

your reservations customer service and billing departments are less than desirable none of them know what is going on with each other my trip was almost a disaster because your my card was debited for rooms that had not been checked into or used for the period that was requested causing myself and my grandchildren to almost be stranded in Indianapolis,In the hotel was kept in well order the manager was staff were very courteous and helpful your customer service department keep me on hold for over 30 minutes on 2 phone calls your reservation department didn't wouldn't and couldn't provide me with conformation numbers other than the stress that was put on myself the overall stay was enjoyable and the grand kids enjoyed the rooms the pool and the surrounded grounds i would stay again if your supporting departments were more informed and in tuned to the needs and concerns of your guest instead of passing the issue around thanks in advance my charge card is still in the pending status and $329.00 of my money is still in hold pending status i checked out on 5/5/2013 and the balance of was i owed was rendered please investigate and correct/resolve this matter for my satisfaction thanks again customer service was on the phone with myself when the hotel cancelled the rooms and i was still charged for them
