“You get what you pay for (and you don't pay much)”

This hotel has a great location and a great price, but that's about it for positives. It has a general run-down feel and our room was generally uncomfortable - uneven beds, a loud fridge that we had to turn off; poor sound insulation. We even found a long black hair in the sheets of one bed which had to come from the previous tenant.Still, the staff is friendly enough if a bit slow to respond and you get a free breakfast. It's nothing fancy but the two days we ate there, there was a decent selection and a it seemed well-stocked.My last grumble was weather-related. We arrived the day after a snow-and-ice storm. The parking lot was cleared of snow but the ice was left... making for a very hazardous walk to-and-from our car. I'm a pretty agile/healthy person and I almost went down three times on one trip alone.
