Dear Mr. Mike, Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review about our property! We value all feedback and I am happy to be able to say that we are on our way to fixing the issues you have listed. We are in the middle of a huge upgrade process, starting with our new flat screens that were just put into the rooms about a week ago. We are also ordering new bedding to give our rooms a more modern look. We are looking at many other upgrades for the carpet, furniture, etc. as well. Days Inn Corporate has also just informed us that we are going to be upgrading our breakfast so we will be offering a wider variety of new items! We are not 100% sure exactly what the new breakfast will consist of just yet, however. Unfortunately, we did have to do away with the hot tub because the upkeep process was taking more time than the time our guests were actually getting to use it. We do keep the pool towels up front for inventory purposes, however, if this was just a regular bath towel request someone should have brought the towel down to you. The only situation where we will ask guests to come to the front for a towel is if there is only one of us at the desk at a very busy time. The reasons for that being 1. We are instructed to never leave the desk unattended and 2. We want to ensure you get service promptly.Again, I thank you for your review, and we hope to be able to accommodate your stay again with our new editions. « hide

Dear Mr. Larry,Thank you for taking the time to write a review for our property. We appreciate all feedback that will lead us to providing a better stay experience for our guest. I first want to ask if there was a reason you felt these kids were not guests? We often accommodate many sports teams and their families which leads to us housing a lot of kids. We actually have very specific measures to make sure the people on our property are actually staying with us. We also are a family oriented property, so we encourage families to bring their kids and stay with us. I do apologize however if there was excessive noise. I am not sure what is meant exactly by undesirables, but our guests are all to be treated equally. Our lobby is a common area as well as the balcony above, so our guests are welcome to gather in these areas if they are not disturbing others. If they were a disturbance to you I am very sure our staff would have approached the problem right away for you, had they been aware, but I do apologize if you were uncomfortable at any point. As far as our staff goes, we are undergoing many changes in our hotel right now and one of those changes in a new staff. We are trying to build the staff to be stronger and trained to handle all situations. However we are still in the training process, so not all areas are quite yet perfected. Hopefully, you will choose to stay with us in the future and this issue will not be of existence any longer.Again, I want to thank you so much for your review. We hope to see you again. « hide

Dear Mr. Joseph, Thank you for taking the time to write a review about our property. I am sorry to hear you had such a difficult time with the customer service department. I am assuming what happened was that your card was authorized for one of the cancelled rooms since the cancellation was done on the day of arrival. Typically authorizations will be released back into your account within 24 to 48 hours, however sometimes there are complications on the bank's end, in which case we would have to refer you to contact your bank and ask them to release the authorization manually. With that aside, I am glad to know that you had a nice stay and that your grandkids were able to enjoy our property! Our staff is trying very hard to bring this hotel to it utmost potential, so I am also glad to hear that they treated you well! Again, thank you for your feedback. I am going to take your concerns to my management team and see if there are options for extending breakfast times. Also, I will notify housekeeping to make sure they are doing a thorough job of inspecting rooms before we sell them out to guests. Dear Mr. Jeremy,Thank you for taking the time to write a review for our property. We value all feedback, good or bad, because we are constantly trying to improve our hotel to meet the utmost standards of our guests. I am very sorry to hear you had such a disappointing stay with us. We are currently trying to build up a stronger staff that will be dedicated to improving our hotel to its greatest potential. This past weekend we were sold out, so unfortunately having a new staff can get complicated on busy weekends, especially in the breakfast area. The soda machine not being stocked is uncalled for, however being sold out does cause the machine to empty pretty fast. I am sure our staff would have quickly filled it upon request. Also, we do keep our pool towels at the front desk stocked for our guests. We keep them in the front for regulation and inventory purposes. As far as renovation is concerned we are slowly getting into the process to replace outdated items such as TVs, bedding, and furniture. We have ordered replacement items for a block of rooms so we hope to see improvement in this area very soon. Again, I am very sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay and I sincerely thank you for your very helpful feedback. « hide

We know that having a comfortable place to stay during time away from home is very important and I want to sincerely apologize that we did not provide this for you. We are currently trying to turn this hotel around to bring it to its maximum potential. Although I am very regretful that you had to experience the things you did during your stay, I am glad you are informing us so that we can fix these issues immediately. We take these reviews VERY seriously and I can assure you we will take care of this problem immediately. We are developing more thorough checklists for housekeeping and maintenance to prevent this from happening and we are also slowly getting into the remodeling process to bring all rooms up to date and in overall better conditions.
