“We will never stay here again”

Well, first of all, for the price I was surprised there was no elevator, so I had to schlep up and down the stairs after foot surgery (it never occurred to me that there wouldn't be an elevator...how do the maids get all their stuff up and down the stairs???) The size of the bathroom was microscopic compared to the price we were charged and we were NEVER and I mean N-E-V-E-R apprised of the fact that the hotel offered a 'complimentary' breakfast/coffee...didn't find THAT out till check-out...never staff at the front desk...and I could not understand his accent (which is probably not his fault, but by now I'm pretty upset)...heard lots of door slamming, voices (during the day) and why bother the 'staff' with this?? I got the idea that all that was wanted was our money and not much else.
