“Needs major improvements”

- When we walked in the hallway you could smell mold and could tell there was water damage. The first bedroom we had smelled of mold, had water damage and the heater did not work. When we called to ask for another room they asked us to try to turn the heat down because sometimes it kicks on the air. We called back and asked for another room and when I went to get the keys the front desk person acknowledged there was work being done to the heating system. The other room had no refrigerator or microwave and we were allowed to move them ourselves from the second floor to first floor. The new room smelled of mold as well. The second night the ice machine did not work and we had to go to the hotel next door for ice. I would not stay there again and would not recommend it. We would of left but everything was booked for the weekend in the area.
