“ok”

well everything was good untill we ckecked outwe got charged 10.00 for an extra swimmer and we had nonemy daughter got charged 20.00 for 2 extra swimmers and she had nonemy husband was so mad he wants to file a report with the BBB because of the way we were treated when we brought it to the attention of the managerwe feel like you are charging out of town customers extra charges and they don't see it untill it is to late, we would not have seen it if my daughter didn't tell me to look and then we went back to the hotel to let them know, that is when the person at the desk I think it was the manager didn't like the way my husband was talking to her and she put us aside and waited on 3 other people before she took care of it.we had a 5 hour drive ahead of us and didn't appriciate the 15 min. wait for your problem
