I have read your concerns and will address each in this response. I am very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us and had you addressed your concerns to any of the management on duty on the dates of your stay, I am sure that we could have rectified those problems on the spot. First, we do have a smoking wing in the motel and you may have notified tobacco smoke waifting from that area. We do everything we can to ensure that the smoking wing is well ventilated in order to keep the tobacco smells from coming into our non-smoking areas. If we find a violation, we take immediate steps to correct it. However, since there was no complaints made to the front desk on the day of your stay, we have no way of correcting that now. Our linen is changed daily. Our sheets are always changed simultaneously. We do not change one sheet at a time. If your top sheet was suspect, that should have been brought to the attention of the front desk. We would have taken care of that problem immediately. I am unsure of what time you had breakfast, but it is made daily. If you notified the food "old" or "stale", we have found that the pastries tend to dry out as they sit under glass for the duration of our breakfast. I am very sorry you did not find your stay with us enjoyable and fulfilling, however if you give us another chance, I promise you that I will do everything within my power to ensure your next stay will be up to your level of expectation. « hide

I have read your complaints regarding your recent stay and will address your concerns here. I do acknowledge your complaint regarding the "smokey" halls. The manager on duty (Jerry) noticed that the windows in the common areas of the smoking wing were opened and it was blowing the smoke down the hallways. He alleviated the situation by closing all the windows and ensuring the housekeeping staff kept them shut. Unforunately, this was done on the day of your departure. Regarding our breakfast, we make an attempt to satisfy all of our guests, but with as many distinct and different guests as we lodge, it is not possible to satisfy everyone. If you could be a little more specific on what exactly you did not like about our breakfast, I will take steps to ensure I correct that portion of our breakfast. « hide

Dear Guest, after reading your comment and checking into the situation with the attending desk agent, this is what I found. Your reservatio was made for one queen bed for 3 nites thru EXPEDIA. At time of check in you wanted a room with 2 queen beds and desk agent offered you that with a little extra money, because ALWAYS 2 beds are more than 1 bed. But, you refused and called expedia on this matter at desk and did not get anywhere with them and decided not to stay with us.I am really sorry you feel we didnt help you but our hands were tied. « hide
