“Very disapointed”

I checked in at 7 pm was given the key and went to the room only to find out the room had never been cleaned. Dirty towels were on the floor, beds not made, etc. I went back to the office and had to get another room. Then the other room was on the second floor and when I arrived the carpet had several areas which looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The bathtub was discolored on the bottom which made it appear dirty. The extra security lock would not even lock. The latch at the top was useless as it was so loose I could have pulled it of with one good tug. The hotel said it had wireless internet. When I tried to get online It would not connect. I called the front office to make sure there was no security code andthey were not having trouble with the internet. I was told. " We are on the internet in the office so there is nothing on this end we can do" I tried several time in the next hour with no luck. I went across the street to the Comfort Inn where my sister and Aunt and Uncle were staying. I had no problem getting on the internet at the Comfort Inn. In the morning I tried again to get on the internet and it connected with no problem. I have stayed there previously a few times and had no problems. I was very disapointed with the room and the service this time. Check out and the breakfast were good but the rest of my stay was very disapointing.
