“pricing”

Every time we visit our daughter and grandson we have stayed at this location, we could have stayed at two other choices just down the road but we have always had good service with the Days Inn chain. But the last time we stayed we were never offered our AAA discount and when I had checked out I specifically asked for someone to call me regarding the price of the room because the desk clerk said she had no idea how to give that discount after the room had been already charged and would have a manager call me on my cell number. That call never came and it has been 3 weeks almost 4 weeks since my stay.I would have thought some type of customer service would have been appreciated. My husband and I were planning on heading down just before Christmas for the holidays but he does not want me to make any reservations at our regular Days Inn hotel. I am not looking for any free handouts but a return call would have been appreciated.
