“Very Disappointed”

Reserved king bed in non smoking room. Told upon arrival, that i could not have what i reserved because they were all gone. shower had only hot or cold water. Would not regulate to warm at all. It burned my skin to the point that it stayed red for hours. AC would not keep room comfortable. It would not cool below 70. No remote in room. WiFi would not stay connected on any of my devices. I had to reconnect every 15 minutes. Told front desk. He said he would let someone know. He looked for a remote behind the front desk and said he couldnt find one. I have stayed at several Days Inn motels. This was by far my worstbexperience EVER at ANY motel. I will definitely think twice before reserving a room with Days Inn again.
