“If I wasn't on a tight budget, i definitely would have went to another hotel”

This hotel was horrible. My non smoking room smelled a brewery and stale cigarettes. The customer service was beyond horrible! There were cigarette holes in the sheets (in all 4 beds) and I didnt recieve new ones. The young lady at the desk charged my credit card twice! And when I brought it to her attention, she blamed my bank. (What bank gives away their customers money). After arguing with her for about 45 minutes, they put the money back on my account. She didn't know protocol and her manners were nonexistent. She wasn't smart but was very cocky and rude. I watched her give bad customer service to two other groups. My recommendation is that she needs to be better trained. The manager was hard to get in contact with, but when she made an appearance, she was helpful. My suggestion is to pay in cash!!!!!! Due to this bad experience, i will never go to this hotel again and I come to this area often. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE REVIEWS : BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BULLET PROOF GLASS IN THE LOBBY, CIGARETTE HOLES IN THE SHEETS!
