i checked in late at the hotel and was very tired once I got there due to getting lost. I called the front desk and advised the attendant of the rm smelling like cigarettes. he states its a smoke free rm and it doesn't without coming to verify my complaint. I wanted it on record and a diff.rm. he states there was nothing he could do and refused to give me his name. He states call in the morning and the manager would be there, I was so tired so I stayed otherwise had it not been so late and me being tired I would have left, the smell was awful and hard to breathe. I got up that morning went down and asked for the manager who was there named Raman, the service was no better he just had excuses no what can i do to make it better. no discount or refund nothing for the poor service from attendant and quality of the room. he states the guy did not want to give his name cause he works long hours. Poor excuse not to mention was not able to eat breakfast cause the waffle mix had expired nothing looked fresh, bagels, muffins, etc. I would like a refund on both of my rooms as this was not good service I had to go out and buy breakfast when it should have been free.This service is totally unacceptable.
