“dont recomend this place for any one yes its a cheap place...”

dont recomend this place for any one yes its a cheap place to get when u cant afford a room for a hundred dollars a day,but let me tell you this i bookd the place online at exspedia and as soon as got there to check n the man at the desk ran my card again , i payd double when he said no exspedia did not charge ok, so i was fine with that at the time, and than we get r keey go to the room its so cold in there and there was no heat at all on ok, so we turn the heat on and bring our stuff in out the vehicle watch tv for a hour still cold in the room so me and my husband decied to go get a bite to eat and check the mall out , after doing this it was about two in half hours being gone from there so we was sure the room would b warm but it was still cold , so we go to front desk tell the man he said all i can do is give you another room but it will cost twenty dollars more we said no not doing it we want a refund he than says ill have some one look at it by than i was ready to leave cause we done waited enough to try to enjoy our night he than said no refund cant do it , so we leave and said we will deal with this tommorow, next day find out we was charged twice for a room that was so cold, its now a week later and my husband decied to call and figure out how we would get our refund and they finally say it will be a couple days but it will be back in our bank account.
