Valued Guest; Our staff was very sorry to hear that you had trouble getting a restful nights sleep due to noise from another guest room. I understand how frustrating it is to not get enough rest, especially when someone else is keeping you awake. I am glad, however, that your room was clean, and that the hotel was able to provide you with a great breakfast the follow morning.
