“Not happy”

I booked online. When I arrived the attendant informed me there was no reservation in my name. Did I book the night before? (I didn't.) I stood there having traveled in for an interview not knowing if I had a room. She then said I would have to pay as the online payment didn't actually go. I said... are you sure? I don't want to be charged twice. She was sure. I paid. Couldn't get a receipt. Would have to check back in the morning. In the morning the printer wouldn't print. I had to return after the interview to pick the reciept up. Then when I got home I checked my bank. Charged twice. It's just not good service to charge people twice, and say you are sure they aren't being charged. Also the door to the outside by my room opens without a key, so anyone could enter. Kind of freaky. I made sure they have heard about it, but I wouldn't expect it will change. I was very frustrated and unhappy with my stay. No one interviewing needs added unnecessary stress.
