“Inn needs improvement!”

When we checked in and got our keys we went to the room and neither of the keys would open the door. I went around to the front desk and told the person on duty that neither would work. Rather rudely the person asked me what color the light flashed. I said red as I know red means no entry and green meant go. This isn' my first stay at a motel. He re-swiped them and said they should work but would send a maintenance man to double check. I had a clue then something might be up at that point. When I got back to the room maintenance was already there and had the door open. Again neither key would work. So after the worker replaced the lock assembly my key worked and he left. we left for something to eat and when we came back my friends key would not work by mine did. This was very frustrating to say the least. The person who was rude to me was not the same person I checked in with so I would rate him very poor in customer service. The girl that checked us in was very nice. When we left I stated to the person behind the desk that our stay was not the greatest but he did make a minor adjust ment to the bill. Also by the way, the ice maker was out of service when we got there as well. I can't say I'm real happy with the stay with this Inn.
