“VERY POOR SERVICE”

I was very DISAPPOINTED by the service I received at the days on american way in Memphis TN. I requested towels, and the manager Chris Patel was supposed to have the room cleaned and the beds mde. At his recommendation, I informed him before leaving the hotel around 1pm, When we returned at midnight, the room was not cleaned, the towels were not supplied. We spoke with the attendant VICKY but it was too late to have the room cleaned and no other double bed non smoking was available. We were very frustrated. Vicky took the step to accomodate us in another room with one bed and my friend slept on the couch. It was a miserable night for us. In the morning , my boy friend greeted Mr. Pastel who did not show any responsibilty or concern. I have noticed that he was discontent with Vicky because he gave us a different room. WE will be heading back to Memphis next month and we have NO intention to go back to that particular DAYS inn after such a discomfort and POOR service from Chris Patel. We really felt like we have wasted time and money by choosing that particular Days Inn
