“Good Rooms, but ask!”

Rooms a bit small for 2 adults 2 children, but quality was good. Nice to have in room coffee maker, fridge, microwave and safe in the room. Those were nice surprises. I liked the biscuits and gravy for breakfast, and the waffle as options to provide a hot meal on a cold morning. The only issue I had was that I had asked on the phone and in person for any discounts that might be available as we were in town for business, and often rooms are held for the group at a discount [not this time] but it wasn't until the other party in the group piped up about if there was a military discount did we receive any. I would have appreciated more effort on helping the stay be more affordable; I'll return more often that way and have customer loyalty. I'm checking into the rewards program that I am just hearing about while filling out the survey. That would have been good to hear about at check in too.
