“Problem that I had”

The only problem I had was my husband was at the Hershey Medical Center for surgery. I was told when I made the reservation that they would work with me if I needed to cancel my stay early let them know as soon as possible and they would work with me because they know how the Center is they could all at once tell you they would be released to go home. So the night before my husband was sent home I check in with the front desk and was told that I misunderstood that is not how it works. Upset all night I check in the morning and was told that as soon as I know what was going on let them know and they would cancel without a charge. The lady in the morning was very nice and they all need to know what you are going through when your love one is in the hospital and they try to tell you, you don't know what you are talking about. All the desk clerks should be on the same page. One thing that was very nice is if you have someone in the hospital they give you a better rate.
