“Poor Ownership”

I am not sure who owns this property but it's very run down. I've stayed there three times in the last few months where the toilets have run over. I asked for a blanket twice and they said they weren't sure if housekeeping had any. The staff is pleasant enough but I get the impression that there is no maintenance on site and that housekeeping is overwhelmed. The beds are comfortable and seem to be clean but I don't walk on the floors barefoot and there is mildew in places. Also the last time I stayed the first room I had the phone didn't work and the TV didn't work and the toilet overflowed...they did move me but please I stay there enough that some of these things should have been fixed in general.The breakfast is barebones and perhaps they know the amount of people to put food out for but it seemed very little to me.The staff, I get the feeling that the staff has been "warned" to not have any complaints as they act a bit "skittish" when you ask for something or question something. Like I said the people that were there were nice enough but there is a lot lacking. It simply looks like an owner doesn't want to put a dime back into this and will run it as long as he can without making his clients comfortable in a well done hotel.
