“BEWARE: Slow internet / no room service / noisy room / double costs”

The internet was horribly slow, it took over 2 minutes to load pages like gmail or facebook. Unworkable. Let's check out room service, I could use a beer: Phone number came out at a totally different company that didn't doo room service. I went to check downstairs, indeed there was no room service: "Sorry, the info booklets are outdated." What?Room was very noisy too from the aircons humming away below.Andif that wasn't enough, I thought I booked using my credit card but upon arrival I was asked to pay in cash. When I got back home in Holland I noticed they DID deduct the amount from my credit card as well. That was an expensive night for a room that didn't offer many of the services it should have. I would have been better off at the Hilton just next to it.The staff couldn't help me either and I needed to come back tomorrow when the management was around. Never got to that because I had a plane to catch. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
