“dissapoining dreams”

from the moment we reached our room we encountered problems from the smell of mildew to the toilet not flushing properly. I was in Kenner La. on business working 12 hr. shifts to come back to below average rooms. All of the A/C units leaked inside the rooms which gave it the smell and on the landings as well which was a SLIPPING HAZZARD! the stairs contained trash everyday of our stay and on one occasion we saw a sanitary napkin that had probably fell out of housekeeping trash .It sat there for at lease 12hrs. my entire work shift. This property is by far in need of some attention . My wife demanded we ask for a refund as a former hotel employee I understand the all issues take time to be addressed but we had an awful experience! We will not be returning to that property! Oh we exchanged room keys every other day just to enter our room with them knowing our stay was for 1 month. I was told that I was purposely deactivating my card buy the way I was handling it I explained that I kept the card free of all others & not in my wallet but the young girl told me I was wrong. Unacceptable attitude!
