“NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STAY!!!!”

We checked in on Friday Afternoon and Left Monday Morning... through this timeline it was a roller coaster!!! When we checked in the man at the front desk made us wait for about 10 min wile he answered phones, and only one guest service agent on duty!!! our room heater never worked from day one and they would not send anyone to fix it, our cable cord to the tv was ripped out of the wall, no reception, which was also called in on and they wouldnt do anything about it either!!! the doors were flimsy and when the wind blows it makes the doors flap back and forth... good luck with a good night sleep!!! upon check out i told the lady we were paying cash, i had cash in hand and she still charged my card, and I asked her to reverse it and she told me she needed someone to take care of it for her. which took about 15 min,. and also wile waiting there we watched her give 2 guest food vouchers for next door denny's and we had no idea they even offered that to guest. as we had payed for breakfast 3 days. DONT STAY HERE AND DONT GO WITH A CLEAN CAR AS IT WILL BE COVERED IN DUST AND DIRT WHEN YOU LEAVE!!!!
