We do apologize that there were wet floor in your room. Apparently there was a mishap with the sink and the front desk was not notified about it. I apologize for that. As for the pillows, I wish you would have said something to the front desk attendant, we would have been able to get you a set of harder pillows. It seems that most of our guests prefer a very soft pillow. We hope that you will try us again in the future, with the hard pillows. « hide
