“don't stay here!”

Very outdated hotel. Staff unfriendly and uncaring. Walked into room with broken curtains so windows could not be fully covered. Dirty. Tv did not even work. Stayed first night only- had reservation for 3 nights. Morning only 1 person was able to take semi-hot shower...3 others didn't shower because water was freezing by 2nd shower. Promises I wouldnt be charged for reserved nights....guess we will see. Person at desk didn't apologize or hardly speak....makes me think my complaints were nothing new.
