“Not what I thought I was getting”

I'm travelling with my 77-year old husband and 94-year old mother - each with their own physical issues. When I paid for the reservation it indicated that I would get 2 queen size beds in a handicapped accessible room to sleep 3 adults. I realized that we were going to be a lot later arriving than originally expected so I called the motel to see if that would be a problem. They indicated they had my accomodation ready. When we arrived around midnight I was informed that the only handicapped access room available had 1 king-size bed and would only sleep 2. The only other room I was offered was one with 2 double beds. A double bed was ok for my mother but not at all adequate for myself and my husband. Added to the inadequate accomodation, the lack of handicapped assists in the bathroom made this a very unpleasant stay. My receipt says I paid for two queen size beds with handicapped access accomodations which I did not receive. Due to a medical emergency we had to leave the room quickly and did not avail ourselves of the breakfast and my handicapped companions were unable to use the shower.
