“Overall not pleased”

My 3 year old daughter and I stayed at your Bangor location one night before and one night after our Florida vacation. Both times we seemed to be stuck in the middle of the first floor where there was some sort of Kids tournament and kids ran up and down the hall until late at night, hung out in the hallways talking and laughing very loudly with their friends. On the night after our Florida vacation, the room had a funny smell, and when I left my car in the parking lot for the duration of our Florida vacation, someone had hit my vehicle, and no note was left. I understand that this part of my dissatisfaction was not in the hotel staffs control, but it still added to my overall experience at your facility. In my opinion, sports teams, and any large group of people for conventions and such should be located in an area away from other guests who require quiet and rest. It is hard enough to get a small child to bed and keep them sleeping all night, let alone when you are placed in the center of a party. The noise each night due to not being on a quiet floor away from the kids and noise will ensure that I will not stay at your hotel in the future.
