“Online amenities doesn't match reality”; Oct 23, 2012 Christopher A, Lake Wylie; I reserved a room with a king sized bed and a pull out sofa. Well, the clerk informed me it was just a couch and I had to spend another $30 to change rooms and I couldn't cancel or it would have cost be $60. This isn't the first time information online didn't match.
