“Thank you!”

The hotel was clean and comfortable. What impressed me the most was the service in general, but in particular, the assistance and advice we received in the wee hours of the morning during a medical emergency. My son ran to the front desk to ask where we should take his friend who had suddenly become very ill. He was asked the nature of the illness and was directed to the Mercy Center rather than the hospital. He was given printed directions and verbal help. This was accomplished in a couple of minutes by a concerned staff member. The advice couldn't have been better as the facility was just what we needed. We never would have known about it as the GPS could only direct us to the hospital which most likely would have taken double or triple the time for far less personal service. Sincere thanks. Please pass this on to the employee and her supervisor. I wish we had asked her name.
